Had dinner here today it was awfull the meat had a funny taste the mash was like wallpaper paste the veg was tasteless never again it's gone down hill in there even my grandson couldn't eat it walked out in the end we sat at a dirty table as did others and all for £57 disgraceful !!!🤬

Food was ok service was really poor and unprofessional from the floor staff. Staff keep on walking pass as we waited to be seated and just ignored us. The waiter kept on sitting down and talking to he mate and I had to tell him we wanted dessert after waiting about 15 minutes. we went in the afternoon so wasn’t busy to have much atmosphere

Doesn't offer a small meal for pensioners and asked if I could have a child's meal as I can't eat much and hate food waste but when I asked I was told that I couldn't order either small portion or child's meal...I am 67 and obviously disabled as in a wheelchair..the others enjoyed their meal but also disappointed with the fact that I couldn't order a specifically small meal.. I am mostly housebound so I usually enjoy a trip out to eat which is rare for me as most of my life is spent in the house...I didn't really want to leave feedback but decided to do so in hope that you can at least consider the above things I have spoken about

We hold our MND monthly support group at Toby Stoneycroft in the bar area. Jackie Mark and the team cannot do enough to make us fell welcome and are very efficient delivering our orders to the table .

Only went because my wife wanted to go, I'm not really into carveries, I'd rather cook my own. Roasties were a bit cold, yorkshire pudding was nice, waited quite a bit on occasion for drinks. Other than that it was OK.

Located on Queens Drive. Plenty of parking but can be very bust match days. Nice cosy atmosphere and friendly helpful staff

Just to add to the comments I made about being charged for 2 meals...I meant to comment also on the food!! So even tho the manager insisted that even tho we had one plate he took for 2 ....the food was awful and cold,and they could clearly see that our plate was still pretty full. When we left...so yes an awful eating experience all round,and then to find out they took food 2.plates because i was seen eating cartot off my partners plate how the hell does that justify chaging for another plate of food ..i m so annoyed..how PETTY is this manager!!!...unreal..disgusting,and I am looking into this..so far the complaints depth gor toby havnt heard of this policy..but aam waiting on further information!!!!

Just to share my experience..got a carvery to day..me and partner are very small eaters so everytime we go anywhere we share one meal..bever ever had an issue with this..and today on checking the bill..they took for 2 meals!!!I went to see the manager,who said cos I had a ate off my partners plate,I had to pay for two..that's their policy..I literally only had some carrots!!!and the manager was adamant didn't want to know my issue at all..if we could eat 2 meals we would pay for 2 ..I have rang toby complaints and the man I spoke to wasn't aware of this,so waiting for a call back at moment..but I don't intend to eat at toby in the future if this is indeed their policy!!if it is then shame on TOBY
